Both bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount, with only slots counting toward that requirement. Any bet placed above this limit — including use of special bet features, gamble functions, or any other wagering activity — allows us to void and remove associated winnings.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

At ICE36 Casino, wagering progress is tracked in bonus redeem points. Every £1 wagered accrues 0.5 points, meaning the points target and the cash figure are not identical. You can monitor your progress under Cashier, Active Bonuses. Real money is always wagered before your bonus balance, and wagering counts toward only one bonus at a time.

For non-deposit bonuses, the maximum win or withdrawal is £100 or twice the bonus amount, whichever is greater. Any amount above this cap will be removed, including winnings subsequently generated from those funds. Non-deposit bonuses must be completed within 24 hours, and all free spins, free bets, free bingo tickets, and golden chips expire after 24 hours.

Cancelling a bonus is irreversible. If reinstatement is granted, the full wagering requirement is restored regardless of prior progress. If you withdraw while holding an active bonus, the entire bonus balance and any winnings accrued from it will be cancelled. Where a bonus expires or is cancelled with wagering incomplete, all associated winnings are removed.

4.3 Fair Play

We define irregular play as any of the following, and reserve the right to confiscate winnings where such activity is identified:

• Low margin, equal, zero-risk, or hedge betting used to exploit bonus offers
• Increasing your balance and then materially changing your bet size, game type, or bet structure to clear wagering
• Use of any betting system, or placing even-money bets on baccarat or roulette while a bonus is active
• Wagering to meet an award in one currency then switching to a stronger currency before the award is credited

Where our customer interaction monitoring framework identifies strong indications of gambling-related harm, we may immediately restrict your account from further deposits and gameplay and assess whether to allow completion of a bonus already in progress.
